All software product orders are final sale, no cancellation or refund for software products. We strongly recommend you to try our trial versions before placing an order.
All software/hardware support service orders are cancellable and refundable until the actual work is initiated; once actual work is started no cancellation is acceptable.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the package is tampered or damaged, please don’t accept the delivery of the package. Please Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
- Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- We use Fedex/DTDC to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
- If you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. You can recommend alternate shipping method as a special note. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY; WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO MEET YOUR REQUEST.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
- We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order for in stock items. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
- We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
- Orders placed before 1.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Shipments through Fedex / DTDC, if created before 01:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
- Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 5-7 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
- Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.
All items are delivered with standard warranty of 1 year (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide the full refund.
Limits Of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Please refer the installation guidelines for proper installation of electrical/mechanical hardware or test equipments.
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc.,
we are providing 7 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. Nive Systems Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Changing or Canceling an Order:
Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email email@example.com only) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer. (It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.). Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Nive Systems Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer, we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on shipping boxes. Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We strongly recommend our customers to review the product datasheet’s and demo video’s or talk to our sales team before ordering, to avoid inconvenience of return.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
